At Minerva, we believe a kitchen is more than just a collection of cabinets — it’s the beating heart of a home. Every project we take on begins with a simple conversation, but over the course of just a few months, those first ideas are transformed into something tangible, timeless, and built just for you.

On average, our process takes around 12 weeks — or three months — from your very first design consultation right through to the moment our fitting team carefully installs your new kitchen. It’s a journey we know well, one that’s been refined over the years to make sure every stage feels effortless and exciting for our clients.

Of course, no two projects are exactly alike. Sometimes the timeline depends on how quickly you choose those all-important details: the shade of your cabinetry, the style of your handles, or the perfect worktop to bring it all together. That’s where our designers step in, offering guidance, inspiration, and reassurance to help you feel confident in every decision.

Behind the scenes, once your design is signed off, the real magic begins. In our Hereford workshops, raw timber is cut, sanded, painted, and assembled by skilled craftsmen who bring decades of experience to each piece of cabinetry. Every door, every drawer, every panel is made with care before it’s passed on to our expert fitting team — the final step of the journey, where your vision becomes reality in your own home.

While each project is unique, we’ve shaped our approach into four clear stages: design, measure, craft, and fitting. These milestones make the process easy to follow and give you peace of mind that every detail is being handled with precision and care.
