DISCOVER

At Minerva, clients are invited to discover our exceptional craftsmanship without any obligation.

We welcome you to explore our showroom, where you can experience the quality of our work firsthand. Additionally, we offer an optional home visit to better understand your space and needs. Following this, you are invited back to our showroom to review a bespoke design concept along with a detailed estimate. Should you decide to proceed, we request an initial payment, which is refundable against your kitchen purchase, and send you our terms and conditions before moving on to the next step in our process.

DESIGN

Once clients decide to proceed, we commit ourselves fully to developing their kitchen design. If possible we will carry out a detailed home visit to gather measurements and help visualise the space. Our design team then creates detailed 3D renders of the proposed kitchen, ensuring a clear visual representation of the final product. To assist clients in making design decisions, we can create mood boards that capture the essence of their desired aesthetic. We meticulously collect all necessary information to produce a precise final specification and a comprehensive final quotation. Our objective at this stage is to present the entire design package for client approval and secure sign-off, paving the way for the next phase of the project.

MEASURE

Approximately six weeks before installation, we aim to conduct a comprehensive site survey. Our skilled surveyor will visit your property to take precise measurements and assess site conditions thoroughly. You will be promptly informed of any issues that arise during this visit. The collected measurements are then used to create detailed, full working drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production. Should any changes be necessary, these will be discussed with you and will require your approval and sign-off before proceeding.

CRAFT

In our workshops, our skilled craftsmen begin the intricate task of crafting your kitchen. Combining traditional techniques with state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure each piece is crafted to perfection. Our craftsmen employ time-honed skills to meticulously construct each component, and our hand-painting technique adds the final bespoke touch. The production phase takes an average of 2 - 3 weeks, during which every detail is carefully attended to, ensuring the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.

INSTALL

The final step in bringing your new kitchen to life is the installation, carried out by our team of experienced carpenters. Typically, this phase takes 2 - 3 weeks, through the duration can vary depending on the complexity of the project. As standard we offer a dry-fit installation, meaning we will expertly install your kitchen cabinetry and worktops, while plumbing, electrical and any other trade requirements are handled seperately by your builder or chosen contractors. Towards the end of the first week of installation our worktop fabricator will template your worktops, these will then be installed approximately a week later. As we near the completion of the installation, we invite you to proved a snagging list to ensure any final adjustments are made to your satisfaction. Once all remedial work is completed, we will ask you to sign off on your beautifully finished kitchen, marking the end of our collaborative journey and the beginning of many wonderful moments in your new space.
