WHY CHOOSE BESPOKE

The term bespoke has become widely used in the kitchen industry. At Minerva, we believe it’s important to define what a truly British bespoke kitchen means to us and why there is a significant cost difference between an off-the-shelf kitchen and a handcrafted one.

Firstly, our kitchens are meticulously crafted in Hereford by skilled joiners using advanced technology. Unlike mass-produced kitchens manufactured overseas and stored in warehouses, each Minerva kitchen is made to order. We take pride in British craftsmanship, offering the flexibility to design and build cabinetry to the precise measurements of your home. Secondly, we are committed to quality. While many manufacturers reduce costs by using MFC or composite materials for carcasses and drawers, we choose high-quality, locally sourced materials to ensure durability and longevity.

With such attention to craftsmanship and materials, you may expect a substantial price tag. However, we believe exceptional quality should be affordable so, let's talk money.

At Minerva, we position ourselves between mass-market kitchen suppliers and the more costly handmade manufacturers. While some bespoke kitchens exceed £50,000, our handcrafted designs (complete with worktops, sinks, taps, handles, and dry-fit installation) average at £20,000 + VAT. We are proud to offer kitchens crafted from premium materials that distinguish our designs from mass-produced alternatives and yet at half the cost of well-known bespoke manufacturers. How is this possible? Because we are dedicated to delivering handcrafted kitchens at accessible prices, without compromising on quality.

We are more than aware that every space is unique, and so each kitchen is designed accordingly. While we recommend speaking with our designers for a more accurate estimate tailored for your project, explore the examples below for an understanding of our pricing.

Please note these example kitchens are based on our current 2025 pricing and have been designed in our Ferrara with oak-veneered carcass, entry level dry fit installation, sinks, taps and Quartz worktop. All costings are exclusive of VAT. Pricing will slightly vary depending on specification and cabinetry quantity.
