In the first part of this series, we explored the early stages of your kitchen journey — from that very first design meeting to the detailed measurements that set everything in motion. Today, we're continuing the story with the next two stages: Craft and Fitting.

This is where your ideas take physical form — where drawings and conversations become a handcrafted kitchen made with care by skilled hands in our Stoke Edith workshops.

Stage Three: Craft

There's something special about seeing a design come to life. In our workshop, each cabinet is built by a dedicated team of craftsmen using a combination of traditional joinery techniques and innovative technology. You'll find dovetailed drawer boxes, solid wood frames, and seamless finishes — all made to order, just for your home.

Once the pieces of cabinetry have been made, they move into our spray booth, where it's painted in your chosen colour. From soft neutrals to deep heritage shades, every piece is finished with precision and care. After painting, your kitchen is carefully assembled, wrapped and for delivery.

Stage Four: Fitting

The final stage is often the most exciting — the moment your kitchen is installed and begins to feel like part of your home. Our experienced fitters will deliver and install each piece with meticulous care. Fitting typically takes up to two weeks, and while it is an optional service, we always recommend using our team.

This is not flat-pack — our handcrafted cabinetry deserves to be installed with the same attention to detail it was built with. When you choose Minerva fitting, your kitchen comes with a 15-year guarantee, offering you total peace of mind.
