How to Arrange Your Appointment

We have two stunning showrooms for you to visit, one based in Stratford-upon-Avon and one in Hereford. Both locations have each of our kitchen collections on display in a variety of colours and styles. Booking your private showroom visit is super easy! You can secure your spot online through our website, where you'll find all available dates and times, or you can give our team a quick call and book your appointment over the phone.

You don't have to book your visit, if you'd prefer to drop by on your day off or over the weekend, that's absolutely fine! However, we do recommend booking in advance to ensure you get dedicated time with one of our expert designers.

What to Expect During Your Showroom Appointment

When you arrive for your appointment, you'll be greeted by one of our in-house designers; first, your designer will take you on a tour of our showroom, where you'll see the craftsmanship that goes into each of our kitchens. From the high-quality materials used to our clever storage solutions, you'll get up close and personal with all the little details that make our kitchens truly special.

once you have been through the showroom, your designer will invite you to take a seat at our bespoke table whilst they make you a tea or coffee and then you can start chatting about your dream kitchen! This is your chance to share your vision and discuss any design elements that have caught your eye. To understand your project better our designers will ask you a few quesions about your budget, your lifestlye and your abosloutley must have sfor your dream kitchen!

To help bring your ideas to life, we'll create a mood board together using our vast selection of samples. You'll be able to explore different worktops, handle designs, flooring options, and ++Our Paint Palette++, which features 40 gorgeous colours. Our team will be there to help you narrow down choices and create a look that feels just right for you—no rush, no pressure.

There's no time limit on your appointment, so take your time, enjoy the process, and soak up all the inspiration. When you leave, we want you to feel excited and ready to take the next step toward your bespoke handmade kitchen.
