  • Respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and design your kitchen. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • Supply and install your kitchen, if you become a client. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you.
  • Send you marketing about our products and services. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We do share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business, and who only process it on our instructions. These include:

  • our website host;
  • our customer-relationship (CRM) and email-marketing platforms;
  • appointment-scheduling and workflow tools; and
  • analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta).

We may also share data where we're required to by law.

How long we keep your data

We only keep your data for as long as we need it:

  • If you make an enquiry but don't go on to become a client, we keep your data for up to 12 months from our last contact, then delete it.
  • If you become a client, we keep your records longer typically up to 6 years after your project is completed to meet our legal, accounting, and warranty obligations.

With your consent, we'd love to keep you updated about our kitchens, offers, and news. Every marketing email includes an easy "unsubscribe" link, and you can opt out at any time, just click unsubscribe, or email info@minervadesign.co.uk. We'll always respect your choice.

  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time.
