A meticulously planned extension

The Coddington Kitchen sits within a newly built extension and represents the kind of project that stays with you. Years of planning went into getting it right, with details revisited and refined until every aspect of the design felt exactly as it should. The result is a space we are genuinely proud of, one that works as hard as it looks and feels completely at home within the wider house.

The open plan layout is central to everything. Kitchen and dining area flow into one another without any sense of division, creating a room that adapts naturally to whatever the day brings. Whether it is a quiet weekday morning or a table full of guests on a Friday evening, the space handles it with ease. Light pours in throughout the day, lifting the room and drawing the eye to the finer details of the Shaker cabinetry and finishes. It is the kind of kitchen that is genuinely enjoyable to spend time in, and that, more than anything is what our clients were after from the very start.
