A kitchen with a view

The Brockhill Kitchen sits within an upside-down house, a contemporary new-build designed with its living spaces on the upper floor to capture far-reaching views across the surrounding hills. When Sally and Rob came to us, they wanted a kitchen that felt quiet, refined and completely at ease within the architecture. The brief centred on a soft, neutral palette that would complement the stunning landscape, the clients chose ‘Latona 100’ from our extensive Minerva colour choices creating a space that felt bright, balanced and effortlessly welcoming.

Oak became the defining feature of the design, introducing warmth, texture and depth through its natural grain while adding a tactile quality to the clean, architectural lines. Every element was carefully considered to achieve a timeless finish that feels inviting. The result is a kitchen that sits comfortably within the home, offering a calm backdrop to everyday life while keeping the focus firmly on the spectacular outlook beyond.

A clean and contemporary design

This modern kitchen showcases our Milan collection, where clean, contemporary design is softened by the warmth and character of natural oak. A palette of soft white cabinetry and timber creates a light, understated aesthetic, with every element carefully made to celebrate the grain and texture of the wood.

The collection's signature vertical oak strings running from top to bottom of the house introduces rhythm and depth, while a generous waterfall-edge island becomes the natural focal point of the space. Finished with a crisp white worktop and illuminated by a trio of sculptural pendant lights, the design feels effortlessly refined. Seamless joinery and handleless cabinetry reinforce the minimalist aesthetic.
