Hop Kiln Kitchen

Hop Kiln Kitchen

Handcrafted in our Ferrara collection and painted in Juno 180 and Pomona 270. This design features knobs and cup handles from Jim Lawrence in antique brass; it also features a bespoke double plate rack integrated into our client's cabinetry, allowing them to display their unique plates, and their island is bespoke due to the slatted shelving crafted at the bottom.

Love of colour

The Hop Kiln Kitchen was handcrafted for a historical hop kiln home in Bromyard, and it stands out as one of the most vibrant and dynamic kitchens we have ever had the pleasure of creating. Nestled within a property steeped in rich history and tradition, this project presented a unique opportunity to blend heritage with modern vibrancy.

Our clients, known for their love of colour and creativity, envisioned a kitchen that would be an extension of their lively aesthetic. Their home, already bursting with personality and artistic flair, required a kitchen that could seamlessly integrate and enhance the overall ambience. They wanted a space that was not just functional but also a true reflection of their imaginative spirit. We were thrilled to take on the challenge of bringing their vibrant vision to life, ensuring every detail resonated with their distinctive style.

Playful yet sophisticated

From the beginning, it was clear that this kitchen needed to be a showstopper. We began by incorporating bold, eye-catching colours to energise the space and create a joyful atmosphere. The cabinetry, designed with both form and function in mind, features a mix of vivid hues that add a playful yet sophisticated touch. These colours are complemented by stunning worktops and backsplashes that add layers of texture and depth, making the kitchen visually striking and a delight to experience.

One of the most exciting aspects of the Hop Kiln Kitchen is the way it captures the essence of the home's historical roots while embracing a modern, colourful twist. The original architectural features of the hop kiln, such as exposed beams and rustic brickwork, were preserved and highlighted to maintain a connection to the past, creating a harmonious blend of old and new.

The result is a kitchen that is truly the heart of the home, a place where family and friends can gather, cook, and create memories. It's a space that inspires creativity and joy, perfectly aligned with the clients' vibrant lifestyle. From the initial concept to the final touches, every step of the process was guided by a desire to craft a kitchen that was both a visual masterpiece and a functional hub.

Our clients' dream of a lively, imaginative kitchen was realised in every way, and we are incredibly proud of the stunning result. Explore our gallery below and discover every element of The Hop Kiln Kitchen.
