A careful restoration

This stunning Shaker kitchen was lovingly handcrafted for a historic barn conversion nestled on the outskirts of Ledbury. Full of original character and rustic charm, the property called for a kitchen that would feel right at home within its rural surroundings. Our clients had spent considerable time gradually renovating the property, carefully restoring and updating it room by room, and when the moment finally came to turn their attention to the kitchen, they placed their trust in us to bring their vision to life. We're delighted to say that the result was every bit the dream space they'd hoped for.

For this project, the Ferrara collection proved the perfect fit, capturing exactly the warm, characterful country kitchen feel our clients had been dreaming of for so long. With its timeless shaker styling and inviting, traditional aesthetic, the collection complemented the barn's exposed beams and natural textures beautifully, creating a blend of old and new. The finished kitchen strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern functionality, giving our clients a space that not only suits their characterful home but is also a genuine pleasure to live in and cook in every day.

Timeless country charm

The chosen bespoke shade, 'Omega Botanical Green,' has been selected to complement the barn's historic character, echoing the natural, earthy tones found throughout the surrounding countryside. To enhance the cabinetry's classic Shaker styling, we've added brass handles, lending a subtle vintage elegance that ties beautifully into the property's heritage feel and elevates the overall aesthetic.

The choice of a neutral worktop brings the design together, offering a subtle contrast against the green Shaker cabinetry while keeping the space feeling open and airy. The clients' opted for a Quartz worktop chosen for its durability as well as its sleek, polished finish.
